Independence
Idaho Business Journal maintains full editorial independence. News decisions are made by our editorial team without interference from advertisers, sponsors, or outside parties with a financial interest in our coverage.

Sourcing
We prioritize primary sources, on-the-record interviews, and verified public records. Anonymous sources are used only when the information is vital to the public interest and cannot be obtained otherwise.

Accuracy
Every story is reviewed for factual accuracy before publication. We distinguish clearly between reporting, analysis, and opinion. When we rely on third-party data or statements, we identify the source and provide appropriate context.

Conflicts of Interest
Writers and editors disclose financial or personal relationships that could affect coverage. Idaho Business Journal does not accept payment for editorial coverage.
